Your data stays in your Google Sheets™ and your Gmail™ account. Form Publisher is GDPR compliant as we do not store or transfer any personal data. This is because your data (mailing list) is stored in your Google Sheets™ and is never saved in our database.

Our DPA is available online and is incorporated by reference to the Terms of Service that you (or your domain admin) accepts when starting using the application.

Upon completion of DPA, it is stipulated that: The application of lawful data transfer mechanisms for our customers who wish to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EEA) in accordance with Article 45 or 46 of the GDPR, relies on entering into Standard Contractual Clauses or offer any alternative transfer solution if requested (for example, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield).

On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union issued a judgment declaring as “invalid” the European Commission’s Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. As a result of that decision, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework is no longer a valid mechanism to comply with EU data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States. 
However, Awesome Gapps does not depend on the Privacy Shield mechanism. Rather, Awesome Gapps relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses to transfer all of its users’ EEA personal data in compliance with the GDPR. The Court confirmed that such Standard Contractual Clauses remain a valid data export mechanism. The Standard Contractual Clauses are referenced in and automatically apply through Awesome Gapps' Data Processing Addendum, which you can find here.
This means that our users can take comfort that their EEA personal data continues to be protected to European standards in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

It's looking great and quite enjoy using it, one thing I'm struggling with is that fact that I need my form in 2 different languages, I google it and some people where saying that by adding &hl=fr would change the form to French in this case but all I get is an URL error by doing this, I'm wondering if the way this add-on work could impact ? Anyway, I'm still looking for a way to publish the same form on different languages, any ideas ? Thanks

We are using this for our small business (2 employees) and it is perfect and very easy to use. I'm very glad I found this program. Would love even more if it could feed directly into QuickBooks!

(a) Didn't work. OK, fine. But then (b) started sending emails FROM my email address. Then I recalled the unusually large laundry list of privileges I was granting to it when I installed (which I didn't read because I'm lazy of course). Anyway, point is, for some creepy reason this thing requests insane privileges, including the ability to send emails from your address. And it doesn't work to boot. Absolutely avoid.

Outstanding tool. Tools like this demonstrate how Google Suite blows away Microsoft in terms of the sheer possibilities. The only flaw I might point out is that the uploaded photo option (fairly new) returns a link instead of placing the photo into the generated document - and apparently, anybody receiving the document cannot simply click on the link to see it. The link returns a permission issue. I look forward to seeing what this add-on will have in store in the future!

This looks very good in theory, especially being able to customise the form-document output, and save them to a folder. However, it just does not work. It does not send emails out, and doesn't create the forms. Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but there aren't many settigns to get wrong, so I am nt sure if it is me or not. As fasr as I can tell, it just does not work. I have found alternative add-ons that do work, but this had more portential and greater features...just doesn't work, sadly.

Used to work well. Well it still works but I added some questions but I'm unable to edit the form to add the new questions. Publisher just continues to load, I can't edit anything. Even tried making a completely new form, same experience. Can't edit anything. I cant even "report an issue" because it says "Make sure that you have the correct URL and the file exists."

Love this add-on! I am using it to print online audition information forms from people my theatre company is casting for shows. I've tried other options, both programmed through our website and through Google Forms. Our casting panel doesn't want a CRV file, although that's handy for our database. They need a printable piece of paper they can hold in their hand as each auditioner performs, and that the casting panel can discuss afterwards and make notes on. Forms Publisher gives us that, without me having to do a ton of adjusting. One note, and I put this on one of the wiki pages: this is not picking up a multiple choice grid responses. It's just printing the names of the choices, without the indicators. So I am having to go through each of over 100 responses as they come in, and adjust them to reflect the choices. This isn't showing my info. It's Agape Shows. And one note: clicking the PDF option means each form takes *2* of the monthly quota--which I didn't realize when choosing this, meaning that I've now got to do the last 1/3 of respondents by hand.

Super useful app. We love google's spreadsheet responses, but it's current setup isn't useful for when you need to see individual responses. I love that you can customize your template to your exact specifications.

I was introduced to Form Publisher this past spring; we use it in the education field to critique each other's classroom management. The resulting data is transferred into a PDF document and automatically emailed to me for easy access. I appreciate its clarity and professional appearance.
