Form Publisher works with either Google Forms or Google Sheets (new). With Google Forms, documents are generated one by one on each form submission. With Google Sheets, you can mass generate documents in bulk.

Easily create customized documents from Google Forms by turning form submission data or spreadsheet rows into beautifully designed PDFs, Google, or Office documents. With the Google Forms add-on, you can also send them via email to be approved and signed online.

Streamline tedious business processes through automated document generation workflows. Generate and send invoices, quotes, waivers, certificates, and many other documents through simple form submissions. Store all generated documents on Google Drive. 

GETTING STARTED

Get started in a few easy steps after installing the Form Publisher add-on:

➤ Form Publisher in Google Forms
1. Create a document template (can be Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides), and add custom markers based on your form questions.
2. Configure your document recipients to decide who will receive which documents, in which formats, with what permissions. Optionally, you can set up an approval workflow and a signature request.
3. Form Publisher automatically generates documents from your Google Form responses, stores them in Google Drive, and sends them to recipients via email, for approval and/or for a signature. 

➤ Form Publisher in Google Sheets:
1. Create a document template (can be Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides), and add custom markers based on your spreadsheet columns.
2. Form Publisher mass generates documents from your Google Sheet data and stores them in Google Drive.

PRIVACY - GDPR - HIPAA

Your data stays in your Google Sheets and your Gmail account. Form Publisher is GDPR compliant as we do not store or transfer any personal data. This is because your data (mailing list and form submissions) are stored in your Google Sheets and is never saved in our database.

Our DPA is available online and is incorporated by reference to the Terms of Service that you (or your domain admin) accepts when starting using the application.

Upon completion of DPA, it is stipulated that: The application of lawful data transfer mechanisms for our customers who wish to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EEA) in accordance with Article 45 or 46 of the GDPR, relies on entering into Standard Contractual Clauses or offer any alternative transfer solution if requested (for example, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield).

On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union issued a judgment declaring as “invalid” the European Commission’s Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. As a result of that decision, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework is no longer a valid mechanism to comply with EU data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States. 
However, Awesome Gapps does not depend on the Privacy Shield mechanism. Rather, Awesome Gapps relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses to transfer all of its users’ EEA personal data in compliance with the GDPR. The Court confirmed that such Standard Contractual Clauses remain a valid data export mechanism. The Standard Contractual Clauses are referenced in and automatically apply through Awesome Gapps' Data Processing Addendum, which you can find here.
This means that our users can take comfort that their EEA personal data continues to be protected to European standards in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

Please cancel my subscription and refund my subscription fee! I was not aware on the auto renewal and was not informed in advance the auto renewal is scheduled. I didn’t use the service since 2020 and the payment just automatically deducted from my card for the renewal today. I was struggling finding out how to cancel the subscription but can’t find the way to get it done! This is upsetting.

When I click on the link for paypal. It errors out. When I go to your website I try and login and the screen just spins for 45 minutes. And nothing happens.
