Running a form leaves the same mess in the linked Google Sheets™ spreadsheet every time: checkbox answers crammed into one cell ("Vegetarian, Gluten free"), column headers that are whole questions, duplicate submissions from double-clicks, your own test entries, phone numbers that lost their leading 0, and "£20" in a number question.

Form Response Cleaner reads the responses tab, lists what it finds column by column, and walks you through a short wizard: confirm the checkbox options it found, accept the short headers, choose what to do with duplicates and test entries. A before/after preview shows the result before anything is written.
