It can perform 4 different tasks over the cells of the row that contains the last response:

1. Adjust format to make it identical to the cells in a designated template row.
2. Copy any formulas present in the template row.
3. Copy any validation rules affecting the template row.
4. Move the last response to the top position.

These functions can be activated or de-activated independently.
