How to use Form to Calendar™ Events?
1. Open Google Forms™ and create a form using Form to Calendar™ Events, which automatically generates a form with event start time and end time fields. 
2. Click the Send button in the upper right corner of Google Forms™ to send the form to someone else as an Email or Link. 
3. Once the other person completes the form and submits it, the event information will be added to the form creator's Google Calendar™.
