FormBeacon for Google Forms™ sends each new form response to the notification destinations you configure. Open a form in Google Forms™, create form-scoped Slack, Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp destinations, and customize each destination’s notification template with supported placeholders. Each destination remains attached only to that form. FormBeacon retries temporary delivery failures automatically. Failed notifications do not consume the Free plan quota. Form response answers are read only when sending or retrying a notification and are not stored by FormBeacon.
