Seems handy, but ran into unexpected paywall trying to create my first quiz because it had too many questions. The popup says the personal version costs $24/year but when I click on it to pay, it wants to charge me $88. I can't find a way to contact the developer anywhere on the site, so I'm leaving a review. That's a big difference!

If you have used Forms in the past, you will find this a slick tool to create new quizzes and surveys. Rather than building in Google Forms, you build it in Sheets, then push to Forms. This allows spell check, easy edits, copy paste in Sheets prior to publishing. While it doesn't solve Form's inability to use color, bold, etc., it is pretty slick. Note free version allows 30 questions per week. Just enough for small quiz or to test.

This is very helpful once one works out how to use it. There is very little documentation. I think that we the users should attempt to provide such documentation. Now that I have just about got the hang of using it, it makes creating online surveys far easier than creating each question one by one in Google forms. At first I was unable to use this tool at all because I was unable to paste questions into the form. I managed to work out how to paste into the worsheet created by FormCreator. It seems that something in Firefox was preventing my doing this. Once I use Chrome I have no difficulty. This was not a FormCreator issue.

Awesome Awesome Awesome. Well done and thank you. Anyone who can help, it would be greatly appreciated. I have done something to cause the following cautionary note to come up when I try to create the form: You already have a sheet called Questions. formCreator needs the Questions sheet to be in a specific format to work (see the Help section for this format). If it is not in the correct format, please rename it before proceeding Consequently I can create the form. I have put the form title into the space provided.

I just created my form its work like a charm. But one thing i can't do is how i create a scale question, because there are no example for that, please tell me someone

The new format for multiple choice, checkboxes, ... is annoying and tediious. The old column separated options or even the older comma separated were so much easier to manage and enter via formulas. Basically this is just no better than using the Forms editor now.

I have used formcreator in the past with no problems, but now it does not seem to work. I'm running on a mac high sierra/chrome (if it influences). The minions alert and spinning icon keeps going forever, even when rendering a one text-type simple form or when rendering using an old spreadsheets that has rendered correctly in the past.

The add on is a nice template that can reduce hours of copy and paste redundancy. Thanks John! The one request I would make would be to add another column into the sheet for Weight so that one can assign a weighted value for the question answer options. For example, if there are 3 options, ABC I may want to assign A with a value of 2, B with a value of 3 and C with a value of 4. I assume it's a light tweak, but I think it'd be helpful to most users to have this option.---thanks!
