Share the Formesign link with your respondents instead of the standard Google Forms™ link to collect responses. ▌Multiple signatures When you use the Add eSignature option in the Formesign addon menu, you can add multiple signature fields to a single form. This is useful when signatures are needed from more than one person before the form is submitted. For example, collecting signatures from both the person reporting an incident and a witness, or from a minor and their parent or guardian on a travel consent form.
