FormPulse adds an email notification dashboard for Google Forms™. A form editor can create a rule, choose who receives it, customize the subject and message, and send a test email. When a respondent submits the form, FormPulse sends the selected recipients an email containing the response. If the form collects email addresses, the editor can also send respondents a separate receipt containing their answers.

Add your brand name and logo, choose from 15 email layouts, and match the template colours to your logo. Edit, pause or resume notification rules and view recent sending activity. Saving a rule automatically connects sending for that form.

FormPulse runs under the Google account that sets up the form's notification trigger. Google Apps Script™ stores each form's rules in the add-on project and reads form responses to send notifications. FormPulse does not use a separate server to process responses.
