HOW TO GET STARTED

First time only:
1. Install FormQuick and open it from the side panel in Google Sheets™.
2. Click "Get template" and make a copy — this is your reusable question sheet template.

Every time you need a form:
1. Open your template, edit and add the questions (keep the headers and columns).
2. Click "Create Form" — your Google Form™ appears in your Drive™.

NOTE
 
When processing large sheets, timeout errors may sometimes occur. This is a Google platform limit, not a FormQuick issue. The workaround is to split your questions into smaller batches. We know it's not ideal, but this is a Google-imposed limit we can't override.

PERMISSIONS & PRIVACY

FormQuick requests only the minimum permissions needed:

- drive.file - to save the new form in your Drive.
- forms - to create questions in Google Forms™.
- spreadsheets.currentonly - to read your question list from the active sheet.

No data is sent to external servers. Your content never leaves your Google account.
