Use it when your choices are maintained in a spreadsheet and you want to update supported Google Forms™ questions without maintaining your own custom triggers.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the Google Forms™ file you want to update.
2. Launch FormRanger Pro from the add-on menu.
3. Select the spreadsheet source through the add-on flow.
4. Choose the sheet tab and source column.
5. Link the source column to a supported form question.
6. Run Preflight.
7. Click Update now.
8. Open the public respondent preview and confirm the choices are correct.

FIRST-RUN PATH
For a first test, start with one copied form, one dropdown question, and one source column with two obvious values such as Alpha and Beta. Run Preflight, update once, then check the public respondent preview before using the setup on a live form.

BOUNDARIES
FormRanger Pro updates Google Forms™ choices from selected spreadsheet data. It is not a live inventory lock, booking system, payment system, or respondent-time dependent dropdown engine.
