Forms Locator is a Google Forms™ add-on that adds location information to Google Forms™ responses.

When Forms Locator is activated, form submitters will see a location link in the confirmation message after submitting a form. They can then click the link to send their current location. The location information will then be added to the Google Forms™ response sheet.

• One-time setup — Link the Form to its response Sheet and share the Sheet with Forms Locator so location information can be added to the response data.
• 1-minute link validity — The location link is valid for 1 minute after the response is submitted.
• Optional note — Form submitters can add a note such as an ID or other identifier, which can be helpful in case of closely timed submissions.
