Overview
FormSpots adds per-choice capacity controls to Google Forms™. It is designed for volunteer shifts, classroom choices, workshops, appointment windows, potlucks, and other ordinary signup workflows.

Choose an existing multiple-choice or dropdown question, then give each option its own capacity. FormSpots can:

- show the number of spots remaining;
- hide choices that have reached capacity;
- collect and count clearly labeled waitlist requests;
- create templates for appointments, classrooms, potlucks, and volunteer signups;
- manage multiple independent signup questions with FormSpots Pro; and
- refresh the available choices after each form submission.

FormSpots works with the Google Form™ you already use. Responses remain in that form. After each submission, FormSpots recounts the saved responses and updates what future form loads display.

Important capacity limitation: Google Forms™ records a response before FormSpots can update the available choices. People who load a form at the same time can still see the same final spot. FormSpots is intended for ordinary signup coordination, not scarce inventory, ticketing, or reservations that require guaranteed atomic locking.

The free plan manages one signup question per form. The $29 one-time Founding Pro offer allows multiple managed questions per form and includes all current templates and capacity controls. Current pricing and feature details are available at https://mhova.dev/formspots.
