BEST FIRST TEST
Start with one copied form, one dropdown question, and one source column containing Alpha and Beta. Run Preflight, approve the exact added/removed/unchanged preview, click Update now, then open the public respondent preview and confirm the choices.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the Google Forms™ file you want to update.
2. Select the Google Sheets™ source, sheet tab, and column.
3. Link the source column to a supported form question.
4. Run Preflight for blanks, duplicates, look-alike labels, routing, quiz answers, question type, and long-list limits.
5. Review and approve the exact diff.
6. Click Update now and verify the public respondent preview.
7. After the copied-form test succeeds, optionally use On form open, Every 6 hours, or Daily. Test the scheduled path and inspect per-mapping health.
