Use it when your choice list lives in a spreadsheet and you want a no-code way to refresh Google Forms™ dropdowns, multiple-choice options, checkboxes, multiple-choice grids, or checkbox grids.

BEST FIRST TEST
Start with one copied form, one dropdown question, and one source column with two obvious values such as Alpha and Beta. Run Preflight, review and approve the exact choice preview, click Update now, then open the public respondent preview and confirm the choices are correct.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the Google Forms™ file you want to update.
2. Launch FormSuite Choice Sync from the add-on menu.
3. Select the Google Sheets™ source through the add-on flow.
4. Choose the sheet tab and source column.
5. Link the source column to a supported form question.
6. Run Preflight and review duplicate, look-alike, and label-format suggestions.
7. Approve the exact choice preview.
8. Click Update now.
9. Open the public respondent preview and confirm the choices are correct.

WHAT IT IS NOT
FormSuite Choice Sync updates Google Forms™ choices from selected spreadsheet data. It is not a live inventory lock, booking system, payment system, or respondent-time dependent dropdown engine. If respondents need live filtering while they fill out the form, Google Forms™ usually needs branching, Google Apps Script™, AppSheet™, or a form experience built for live lookup.

PRIVACY AND DATA USE
- FormSuite Choice Sync reads only the spreadsheet files selected for mappings.
- Spreadsheet values are read at runtime to update supported choice questions in the current form.
- Choice values shown in the hygiene preview stay inside the add-on session and are not included in telemetry.
- Label suggestions never edit the source spreadsheet automatically.
- Mapping configuration is stored in the add-on project's built-in properties.
- No external customer database is used for copied form or spreadsheet contents.
