This extension works great, but the share feature is not intuitive. Others are probably copying the wrong URL into the google doc add-on. Here's how to use this add-on within Google docs: The share URL link is located on the Frase platform itself. Go to the document you want to share within Frase and open it. Then click on the green share button at the top of the page to reveal the share URL dialogue box. Copy the share URL and paste it into the Frase Google Docs add-on.
