Okay, because this is the ONLY free signature manager for google workspace, and it actually does work. That makes it better than every other one, so let's elevate it. A few people mention the developer by name in reviews which made me think the reviews were fake, but I opened a help ticket, and the dev did indeed respond.
I will recount some gotchas to save some people some trouble. If you're gonna use any dynamic fields, make sure those fields are populated for EVERY user. If you make changes in the user directory, they don't work right away, and you have to log out of the signature manager and log back in to get fields to populate.
The field flags don't match up with the field labels exactly, like {{ PERSONAL_EMAIL }} matches the user's account email, which is probably their Work Email, but {{ COMPANY_PHONE }} is their Work Phone in the directory. Not a lot of consistency in the flag names mapping to the field names, but it's workable.
If you use the built-in email templates and include any links, like logo links or social media, the links that get published will be different, tracking user click-throughs via sendgrid for some reason that is of no benefit to you. This is the only reason I'm removing a star.
I can live with the gotchas and I appreciate the free tool very much. Use a custom HTML template to avoid the clickjacking.
