You connect it with an app your store creates, with read access to orders only. No customer names, emails or addresses are read.

Fresh Sheets reads your campaign reports: emails sent, opens, clicks, open and click rates, unsubscribes, bounces, spam complaints and forwards, by campaign, subject line, audience and send date. You connect it with an API key you create in Mailchimp. Your subscribers' names and email addresses are never read.

1. Pick a source: Google Ads™, Google Analytics™ 4, Google Search Console™, Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp or TikTok Ads.
2. Choose your metrics and dimensions, with a live preview of the data as you go.
3. Choose the tab the data should fill, and BigQuery too if you like.
4. Set the refresh schedule.

After that it runs on its own, whether or not the spreadsheet is open. No exports, no CSV downloads, no copy-paste before a client review.

Each report owns one tab and refreshes everything in it on every run. Your formulas, your charts, your formatting and your colleague's notes on every other tab are left exactly as they were.

If the tab you pick already has something in it, you are asked to confirm before the report is saved.

You can keep several reports in one spreadsheet, each with its own source, its own tab and its own schedule. Run history shows what ran, when, and where it wrote, so a report that stops updating is never a mystery.

Fresh Sheets never creates, edits or deletes anything in your Google Ads™, Google Analytics™, Google Search Console™, Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp or TikTok Ads accounts. It reads reporting data and writes it to the spreadsheets and BigQuery™ datasets you choose.

Google Analytics™ and Google Search Console™ connect using Google's read-only permissions. Google Ads™ does not offer a read-only permission, so our access there is registered with Google for reporting use and our code never issues a write. For Klaviyo, you choose the key's permissions; we ask for read access only, and our code never issues a write. For Shopify, the app your store creates needs read access to orders only, and our code never issues a write. Mailchimp's API keys cannot be limited to reading, so there too our code never issues a write. For TikTok Ads, Fresh Sheets asks only for reporting and ad account access, and our code only ever reads.

Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train anything. Disconnect a source and access stops immediately.

Annual billing saves 20%. A refresh is one scheduled run that succeeds. Runs you trigger yourself are never metered on a paid plan, and failed runs never count on any plan.
