Does not work. Keep getting the message - Not reachable. We have requested it to work for months but their dev team keeps kicking the can down the road. Its not close to Hubspot or Pipedrive.

Pretty basic. Only picks up the email. Can't edit anything in the add-on once it's added. If you want to add or edit anything else, you have to go to the desktop version. Wouldn't hurt to allow users to at least add name and phone number in the side bar. Better than nothing though.

Have never come across a worse add-on/extension! Never understood why create it if they need to put so many restrictions! Doesn't work as a seamless add-on should. Disappointing experience.

I have been an Inslightly user for many years. After moving into the G-suit environment I began looking for a solution which offered a reasonable integration between the CRM and G-suit. Insightly offered nothing but grief trying to make the transition, so after lots of due diligence I tried Freshsales. In less than 24 hours I have found this product to be very useful, easy to use, and also very simple to modify for my own requirements. Our sales team also welcome having this program available. This is a very simple yet , capable, and effective product.

Good when it works... but often doesn't work. Often I get "You are not authorised to perform this operation" , not matter what I do.. I restart browser, login to FS website... everything. Frustrating!

Can't use it, if you login to FreshSales with a domain (@company) e-mail address, but log in to gmail with @gmail address.

Was working but now it's fallen over. It's a little clunky when it does works but for the price thats tolerable: However, if it then falls over and you're unable to login into your account then it's tantamount to being worthless. Login is nreasonably over-complicated - domain name login, login via Gmail, sign up for a new account. What's wrong with just using my email/password combo to login. Note - if I have attached the extension to my Gmail account its more than likely I've already signed up.

Was hoping it would be good. But there is no login option for anything but a Gmail account after enter the domain name? I do not login to Freshsale with gmail.
