We have been using the app for 6 months, works well for our helpdesk. User Interface and functionality are clean and easy to work with. Would recommend to others looking for hosted help desk solution.

Great service desk system. I would totally recommend the app to anyone looking for a hosted service desk system. It has a great user interface and it is extremely user friendly.

I do not want to allow freshdesk to see my google contacts, yet they force it on you if using this app. -1

All this app does it put a link in the App Menu. There is no integration whatsoever.

I'm a longtime user of FresService, and I like it. However, how is this "completely integrated with Google Apps?" All this does is install a link in my app list that takes me to FreshService. There is no "integration" at all here. It's just an attempt to sell you FreshService, has nothing at all to do with Google.
