This Google Sheet™ add-on will help Workspace and Cloud Identity admins to bulk manage licenses (e.g assign licenses, update licenses, remove licenses export licenses) right from familiar Google Sheets™

It also includes a module called 'cost saving opportunities' which will help Workspace Admins with recommendations including :
-- User suspended, but not archived, consider leveraging archiving license.
-- User has been created more than {30} days ago, but hasn't logged in, consider checking with the user
-- Use has not logged in for more than {30} days ago, consider checking with the user
