If you're looking for a simple product to help you get more out of your Xero data, this is a great tool and an even better team that stands behind their product. Recently their team stood by me during a personnel and domain name change that was very thorny, and not entirely all on them. I really appreciated their crew and the reliability and ease of use of the product. How anyone uses Xero without a tool like this is beyond me! Thanks Yelena!

The team does an exceptional job. We requested a customer/supplier analysis in foreign currency and they build it as an standard feature. Customer Support is the best of all the applications we tested. We are rolling this out as an standard add-on to all our clients.

Please select Add-ons-->G-Accon for Xero-->Get Data-->Get Accounting Data. You should be able to pull all required Xero tables. We also offer free Webinars on Wednesdays or we can send you the recorded version with our product overview.

Hi there, I have a few questions - 1) how do you add multiple Xero organizations? So far I was only able to connect to one and I couldn't find the setting to add more organizations. 2) Is there a report to show the accounting report by divisions? thanks!

Hi G-Accon user, Let us answer your questions: 1). You don't add Xero organization, you need to set up templates for each of your organizations. Our application is based on templates. This is how it works... You log in to the first entity, create and execute the template, set up automation, and save your template in the cloud, log out from one company. Next step, you need to log in to another entity, load the saved template, execute it, set up automation... and do it for all your companies. Then you can close your spreadsheet - you don't have to be logged in to any organizations - our app brings data from all your Xero entities based on the refresh schedules. The bottom line, you still need to spend time and set up templates for all your entities, but it will be only once. As soon as you set up everything, the automation process will work by itself - you will be just monitoring it. 2) There are multiple reports available to you. In Xero 'divisions' are called "tracking categories". There are Account Transaction, P&L, Tracking Summary, Age Receivable/Payable Details, Casg Summary, Payable Invoice Details, and other reports. Feel free to send email to support and ask more questions.
