Our connector allows you to link your Creatio instance with Gmail™ and access to your CRM Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities information from your Gmail™ interface.

You’ll also see information related to every contact involved in the currently selected email and you’ll be able to link the email to them in your CRM history, with just one click. If there’re participants in the email who are not in your Creatio database, you can add their information and create the new contacts easily. This way, you can ensure that all relevant information is immediately added to your CRM!

Last but not least, you’ll have the ability to visit the opportunities or cases records associated with that contact in a few seconds. This will save time and increase productivity, as you won’t have to search in different places to find the information you need.
