The product is generally pretty good and does what it says, but there is no recurring monthly billing - you have to remember to do it yourself - and customer support is non-existent. Questions are simply ignored completely or go unanswered for weeks.
Update August 1st 2023: Customer support has reached an all-time low. I've sent two messages over the last two weeks, and a third today, about several months of double billing that occurred on our account and have yet to hear back from anyone.
