Hiver a révolutionné ma petite entreprise. Nous avons plusieurs adresses e-mail et nous sommes plusieurs personnes à répondre. Hiver nous permet de tout suivre, de savoir qui a répondu, et même de dédier un mail à un utilisateur. Je ne connais rien de plus pratique pour gérer ces mails. BRAVO

I've been using Grexit / Hiver since march 2013. My company might be one of the early adopters with its 20 accounts. Hiver evolved, and recently they made a nice evolution of the dashboard and added some new features. This product solve the lack of collaborative tools in google apps. But I used only 2 stars out of 5... When you are an early adopter with an unlimited number of shared labels for a fixed price, you suffered from dysfonctions in the beginning and helped solve bugs in the product... you don't expect the price to increase 218% because of a change in price plans for features you never asked. Web tools like this one are part of organisations / worflows / ... we need to have confidence in them. As I told the team : that's not a smart move toward your users.
