GMass is a really great tool for cold outreach. Very happy with it. The best part about the tool is that it acts very native to the GMail interface. So it looks and feels as if I have personally emailed the prospect from my address (and not like I emailed from a marketing tool). The from address is mine, their replies land in my inbox directly, and the mass email is indistinguishable from 1-on-1 emails. I think that's the top benefit of using GMass. Also, the entire tool sits within my inbox as silently as realistically possible, which is great. A small area for improvement is that there seems to be a lag between the reporting of some metrics on their main dashboard screen vs when you click the metrics (for eg. emails opened) which shows the actual updated numbers. Not a major issue for us, but it could be relevant for those who need real-time reporting. Overall, the tool seems to be created keeping in mind the needs of cold email outreach and hence does a great job.

Hi! This is my first time trying this and I honestly think it's a great too and affordable one. The thing is, I am currently running a few campaigns that is to be sent on different emails and you are only allowed to use one email per subscription (my bad, didn't read that!). However, I really tried it and I might actually use it for my weekly newsletters soon, just on one account though. Overall, it's beginner friendly and it does maximize Gmail :)

The GMass Gmail Add-on is a useful addition for managing email campaigns. It provides recipient insights and tracking details directly in Gmail, which makes it more convenient.
