⭐ 3.5/5 GMass is a useful email outreach tool, particularly if you want to manage campaigns and automated follow-up sequences directly from Gmail. I’ve been using it for outreach and found the core functionality quite helpful. My main feedback is around the campaign reporting UI and workflow. I think these areas have room for improvement: Better campaign report UI: The current reporting experience can be difficult to analyze because the initial campaign and different follow-up sequences may be shown separately. A single campaign dashboard containing the complete sequence — initial email + follow-ups — would make it much easier to understand overall campaign performance. Better template/sequence handling: When choosing a GMass template during email composition, multiple templates with the same subject and message may appear when they are configured as sequences. Ideally, only one template should be displayed, with an option to apply the sequence settings to the campaign. Users should also be able to modify those settings later. For example, the template could retain the sequence configuration without necessarily forcing the scheduling settings. Unique open reporting: In the open report, the same recipient ID can appear multiple times when the recipient opens an email more than once. Showing one unique recipient and then displaying the number of opens underneath would provide a much clearer picture of unique opens versus total opens. Overall, I like the core concept and functionality of GMass, but the reporting interface could be more polished and easier to interpret. Improving these areas would make GMass much more useful for analyzing and optimizing outreach campaigns.

GMass has been a great addition to our email marketing process at Sophiya Consultants. It allows us to manage bulk email campaigns easily and saves a lot of time compared to sending emails individually. The mail merge and personalization features are especially helpful when communicating with our agents and business partners. I’ve only recently started using GMass, and the Gmail add-on has already made things much easier for me. I’m not a tech-savvy person, so I really appreciate having useful information available directly within Gmail instead of having to figure everything out on my own. I’m currently using GMass as part of my very first job where I’m trying to generate commissions, so I’m still learning the ropes. The integration with Gmail makes the whole process feel much more manageable and organized. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ajay. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive, especially considering that I’m new to GMass and still figuring out how everything works. Having someone who is willing to help a beginner has made my experience much less overwhelming. So far, I’m very happy with GMass and the Gmail add-on, and I’m looking forward to learning more and getting better results as I continue using it.

GMass has a good support system and they are a very reliable Email blast service to use especially if you want to stay within the realm of Gmail. Had a few minor hiccups in the beginning but was able to sort out everything by reading the info from support. 5 out of 5 stars!

I’ve been using GMass for my email outreach, and I find it quite convenient for my day-to-day campaigns.
