I have been using the GMass Mail extension for some time now, and I have encountered a significant issue with its email tracking feature. When I send an email and check the Sent folder, the extension inaccurately shows that the recipient has opened the email. However, I am aware that I am the one who has opened the email, not the recipient, which leads me to believe the tracking is malfunctioning. This discrepancy in tracking not only provides misleading data, but it also undermines the reliability of the tool for monitoring email engagement. Despite following the instructions for setup, the GMass tracking extension fails to accurately count email opens, which is a critical function for assessing the effectiveness of outreach. I hope the developers address this issue in future updates to improve the functionality and accuracy of the tracking feature.

As a real estate agent in NYC, it is really important to stay on-top of leads and make sure that nothing falls through the cracks, and I have found that GMass is an incredible tool to make my job easier and more efficient. The bulk email tool is invaluable, and GMass makes it super easy to pull the right emails from a list and send everything quickly. The follow-up tool is also really helpful for staying on-top of the many emails and leads that I need to manage.

GMass has been a a huge time saver! It is easy to set up and use. It makes getting information out to others quick and relatively painless. If you're familiar with the Google interface there isn't a huge learning curve. I like that the blue button is hidden so you can't make a mistake and send to everyone accidentally. Highly recommend.

GMass makes mail merge incredibly simple and reliable. I was able to personalize messages at scale directly from Gmail without any clunky setup or learning curve. I've used this tool before, and it's by far the easiest mass mailing tool I've tried that still offers plenty of powerful features. I do hope the developers stay careful not to overload it with too many options as they continue improving it. The price is fair, and I appreciate that when I don’t have leads to send, I can pause my subscription easily. Unsubscribing and resubscribing only takes one click, and it’s great that all my data is kept intact when I return. That’s a really thoughtful service.

Highly Recommend! Easy to Use & Great for Tracking If you are new to bulk email sending, GMass is the most user-friendly tool you could ask for. It's so easy to use—you compose emails just like normal, but you can send them to a huge list! The benefits are clear: it's simple to personalize every single email with custom fields (name, phone, etc.), which really boosts engagement. It's a huge time-saver because campaign tracking is effortless—I get clear reports on open rates, click rates, and bounces immediately. The Google Sheets integration is another feature that makes my workflow incredibly easy to manage. A powerful tool that’s simple enough for anyone to master.
