One thing GMass does really well is keeping the workflow simple. Scheduling campaigns, adding follow-ups, and tracking replies all feel smooth. I didn’t need technical knowledge to get started. My feedback would mostly be about the support guides they sometimes make basic features sound overly advanced. More screenshots and quick examples would make the learning experience much better.

GMass integrates seamlessly into Gmail, which makes it very convenient compared to standalone email tools. I use it mainly for outreach campaigns, and the mail merge + scheduling features work well. Deliverability has been decent, and I appreciate the ability to send follow-ups automatically based on opens/replies. The interface could feel a bit technical at first, but the documentation helps. Once you get used to it, it’s quite powerful. Good option for small businesses and founders doing their own outreach.

I recently started using GMass for my email campaigns, and the experience has been excellent so far. I am using this service for the high deliverability rates. For my fancy newsletters, with beautiful pictures in them, I have been using Mailerlite. However, all my newsletters land in PROMOTIONS tab and unfortunately, people are often unaware that it exists, therefore my newsletters remain unopened. And I found out about GMS thanks to chatgpt :-) and now, after I do 3 sending "tours" with Mailerlite, I send a simple text messaged, with the only link to my webshop to the remaining customers via Gmass. So far so good, and all my tests feom different mailboxes show that the email lands in the primary inbox. That's what I want!

This is my first time using GMass for email campaigns. Before, I used to generate an email campaign using another tool. However, the process was somewhat complex. With GMass, it was straightforward. What I like about this tool is the ease at which it can be used, enabling me to do mass email sending through my Gmail account. Setting up everything was easy, and I could start my first campaign pretty much right away. Another thing that I really value about GMass is its personalization options. Tracking of clicks and opens is also quite useful. This tool is highly recommended for its simplicity and practicality..

Incredibly easy to set up and get going. We needed to send outreach campaigns to thousands of contacts and GMass is handling it without an issue. Very straightforward to use, nothing overwhelming even if you're new to email outreach tools. The multisend feature across multiple gmail accounts is very handy. I accidentally purchased an annual subscription and the support team refunded us quickly without any hassle. Great tool, highly recommend it.

GMass has a great interface and the mail merge features are really intuitive: easy to set up campaigns directly from Gmail. The AI deliverability testing tool is also genuinely useful for diagnosing issues. However, if you're on a brand new domain, be aware that most of your emails will likely land in spam regardless of what you optimize on the content side. I tried everything: plain text, removing images, fixing authentication and still couldn't get past the spam filters. For new domains, you're probably better off sending manually until your domain has some reputation built up. I'd recommend GMass for anyone with an established domain, but would suggest waiting a few months before subscribing if yours is fresh.
