Hi Easy to use & user friendly compared to other email services I've used. Best thing about it is everything can be done within Gmail and it automatically organizes all emails sent. GMass also syncs with any Google Sheet for contacts. I just had a slight issue where I used an email alias and Gmass didn't tag the response in Google Sheets because the recipient responded directly to the alias email.

Really loved the app and it worked great for what I needed. It's nice to have the reports but great that they are automatically labeled and moved out of your inbox so they don't interfere with your inbox. Super easy to customize.

GMass allows me to schedule my weekly emails easily. Its user-friendly interface is very convenient for tracking opens and clicks, and for checking incorrect email addresses. It is indispensable for me at work !

2 years of use now, since the pandemic and I still rely on gmass at least weekly! It was easy to set up, learn and use. I recommend it to all my coworkers and have spent lots of time training them and adapting to their use cases.

It's clunky and just about as expensive as other tools (like instantly or smartlead) but if you need something quick and dirty spun up, it's good. Would have 4 stars if they kept the free tier.

I had to send a newsletter to 50.000 adresses. GMass advertised with unlimited, but in the end it stopped first at 480 send mails because of the daily limit. You could override it, but it then paused because of to many bounces and they told me I had to send it through my own SMTP server, that I had to buy. So in the end it did not solve my problem. Also when sending a newsletter through a email programm does not look great, because you cannot really build it als a newsletter. So for my purpose it was not a fit.
