I have used this for crowdfunding campaigns twice now, and I absolutely love it. I find it intuitive. It makes me 100 times more effective than if I were to send things out on my own. It also minimizes errors because you don't make typos when you're sending a ton of emails with templates. Do it!

GMass delivered exactly what I needed for a large-scale professional outreach campaign. Once the Google Sheet was properly connected and the merge tags were set up correctly, every email went out personalised and on schedule, no issues at all. The support team deserves a specific mention: they responded quickly and resolved my setup questions efficiently. For anyone running a serious email campaign from Gmail, GMass is the right tool. I needed to send an important update to 545 HOA members from my regular Gmail account, and GMass made it completely seamless. I simply connected my Google Sheet with all the emails, pasted my message (with personalization tags), set a safe daily limit of 450, and added a 10-second pause — GMass handled everything automatically. It sent the first batch perfectly and scheduled the rest for the next day without any manual work or errors. The real standout is the data analytics. After the campaign, I had a beautiful dashboard showing exact open rates, click-throughs, bounces, and replies — all organized right inside Gmail. I’ve been using GMass for outreach, and honestly it has been one of the easiest email tools I’ve worked with directly inside Gmail. The interface is simple, campaign setup is quick, and tracking/follow ups save a lot of time. It’s been especially useful for managing personalized outreach at scale. The only issue I’ve run into lately is some deliverability problems, with some emails getting blocked, which has been frustrating. But overall, it’s still a tool I rely on regularly and has made my workflow much easier.

Hey guys, I absolutely recommend this if your organization plans to promote an event, start a cold email campaign or generally wants to mass update it's customers. The process is smooth, easy to understand - The UI could use slight improvements but that is not a comment on the easy usability of this extension. It has several inbuilt features that actually gives you a peace of mind during mass email campaigns - the best one is the daily updates of the open rates/download rates and so on. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED

One thing GMass does really well is keeping the workflow simple. Scheduling campaigns, adding follow-ups, and tracking replies all feel smooth. I didn’t need technical knowledge to get started. My feedback would mostly be about the support guides they sometimes make basic features sound overly advanced. More screenshots and quick examples would make the learning experience much better.

GMass integrates seamlessly into Gmail, which makes it very convenient compared to standalone email tools. I use it mainly for outreach campaigns, and the mail merge + scheduling features work well. Deliverability has been decent, and I appreciate the ability to send follow-ups automatically based on opens/replies. The interface could feel a bit technical at first, but the documentation helps. Once you get used to it, it’s quite powerful. Good option for small businesses and founders doing their own outreach.

I am using this service for the high deliverability rates. For my fancy newsletters, with beautiful pictures in them, I have been using Mailerlite. However, all my newsletters land in PROMOTIONS tab and unfortunately, people are often unaware that it exists, therefore my newsletters remain unopened. And I found out about GMS thanks to chatgpt :-) and now, after I do 3 sending "tours" with Mailerlite, I send a simple text messaged, with the only link to my webshop to the remaining customers via Gmass. So far so good, and all my tests feom different mailboxes show that the email lands in the primary inbox. That's what I want!
