I thought this was going to be a slick system! Unfortunately, GoFileDrop's incredible lack of documentation makes it impossible to determine whether or not this utility will work for you before you go through the steps of installing.
First, it appears the free version limits you to a max file size around 3MB. I couldn't find documentation to that affect, I had to test it by trying a bunch of files.
Second, if I hit the "Upgrade" link in the upper left corner, it just tells me how much it costs and asks for money. I have no idea what I will gain by upgrading (i.e. I don't know if this would eliminate the file size restrictions, or simply increase the allowed file size to some other limit, such as one imposed by Google?).
So, I installed it and then because I didn't know about the limitations, it created problems for me. Then when I decided to look at the upgrade cost to evaluate whether it was worth it, there was no information to evaluate. They've created a neat utility, but it really isn't functional if you need it for large files. For me, large file transmittal was the point.
