This extension seriously needs to be looked into! Extension doesn't load properly with only 'help' option showing majority of the times. Edit report is a nightmare as clicking on Edit button takes you to the Ad-On page. Is there any workaround to getting reports updated?

This is extraordinarily unreliable. It frequently fails to pull in Google Ads data and generates error messages that must count amongst the most unhelpful I've ever seen and that's saying something. Other times, Google Sheets just seems to decide you don't have the app installed in the first place. It seems bizarre that Google's engineers can't get this sorted out. If you search, you'll that many other professionals have experienced the same problem for a long time and you'll see the same in other reviews including many made recently. What does Google spend all its money on? One comment I found suggested that the problem can arise if you are logged in to several Google accounts at the same time so I logged out of them all and logged back in with my main Google Ads Manager account but the app still didn't work.

Please update the add-on we cannot update our reports to add new accounts because the editor doesn't work. It times out and crashes.

I am logged in as administrator to the ads account. I am in the sheets with the same account. I try to create report - get the pop up I am not linked bla bla bla... This add on is broken don't use it. It's useless.

This would be great if it worked reliably. Among other issues, any attempt to edit a report spits out an error. Also if you need to change which account its associated with it will refuse (reboot, unistall/reinstall, etc makes no difference)

It doesn't work, you cannot select columns so you can't create a new report at all.

So very, very broken. Among the many problems is the constant erroring out when you attempt to edit a report (until it finally, randomly decides to work, often after more than a dozen attempts), displaying the Marketplace install screen (this one) when you try to edit, reverting to previous state after it finally updates, and more. I built reports in this extension to save time...overall I think it COSTS time trying to get it to work.
