The GoTo Calendar application synchronizes GoToRoom systems with your Google Calendar. It allows users to join scheduled meetings, with a calendar invite, in one click. 

An administrator with admin permissions on the Google domain will need to install the GoTo Calendar app to connect room calendar resources to GoToRoom systems.
