"#1 Raged Management and Security Platform for Google Apps"... according to who? My company is presently using this platform. True, it has some good functionality, but the usefulness of said functionality is severely lessened when the platform fails to launch, or takes minutes to do so. What also hurts the usefulness is the support turn-around time. Their support desk is responsive, but don't hold your breath on quick hotfix releases. This platform used to be good. It offered some features that BetterCloud didn't but basically in the past it went toe-to-toe with BetterCloud. And it also didn't hurt that they dropped the cost of their platform. But now I'm seeing, once again, sometimes you get what you pay for.

Promevo have been our Google Apps reseller for a number of years and I've used their migration services on 3 separate occasions all with great success. They have a very knowledgeable team who provide great service for the whole project. gPanel is an extremely useful tool to manage your Google Apps for Work domain with and covers many of the shortfalls in Googles own Admin Panel. I would highly recommend using them and talking to them directly about your Google Apps and ChromeOS needs.

We used BetterCloud previously (which is silly expensive), and this does pretty much all the same stuff. There are some minor features I wish it did have (that BetterCloud had) such as easier external contact management with being able to create lists and distribute them to users/have those contacts show up in My Contacts so they appear on their iPhones (including contact images), but considering Google's current contact management is nearly non-existent in even the Admin Console, I can't really fault them too much for that. Promevo support is top notch and helpful, pricing was great, only real minor complaint was the features we requested would usually get stuck in the "we're reviewing that" phase. tl;dr - go with gPanel to manage G Suite/Google Workspace/whatever the hell Google's decided to call it now

Free tool that adds a lot of value to our G Suite subscription. This tool allows me to run reports, delegate inboxes, standardize signatures, forward mail, turn on vacation messages and much more.

I like GPannel for lots of reasons. Easy grouping, new accounts, account removals, etc. I also like that they are developing new beta features all the time. I'd love it if they did a customer group of google Admins who use it every day, and can collaborate on ideas for making it even better! I'd be happy to join that group.
