▶ Job (Shortcodes)
A “job” is a specific instruction/prompt that you want to reuse. Assign a short code to your prompt and simply use the short code in the GPTUL formula. 

▶ Context (Shortcodes)
A “context” is a specific instruction/prompt that refines and improves the AI’s output quality. For example, this can be background information about the project you work on. You can also assign a short code to your context prompt and use it in the GPTUL-Formula.

▶ Model Preset (Shortcodes)
A “model preset” is a combination of LLM parameters that allow fine-tuning for generating desired response styles. By adjusting parameters like temperature, top-p, and penalties within a preset, you can achieve consistent outputs that match your specific needs. You can also save a configuration preset and use its shortcode in the GPTUL-formula.

▶ One single formula to rule them (prompts) all:
The GPTUL formula looks like this: "=GPTUL(input_prompt, job_prompt, context_prompt, model_prompt)”. You don't necessarily have to use shortcodes; you can also use a standalone prompt (input_prompt) as the only parameter. If you have already saved job, context, or model shortcodes, you can freely combine them in the formula.

▶ Choose from 3 API providers 
In total, GPT Unleashed unlocks interaction with well over 100 Large Language Models.You can use an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic (for Claude) or OpenRouter. The Sheets™ extension also allows you to switch API providers. This is very valuable for many cases, such as prototyping, as you can easily find “your suitable model”.

💭 Why I created this AI Addon 💭

Dear AI friend. My name is Alex Paul and I am the developer of GPT Unleashed. A while back I was using similar AI tools for Google Sheets™ - unfortunately the developers decided to make them paid. 

At the time, I was irritated that I didn't have a system in place to manage, optimize and easily reuse my most valuable prompts. I found myself retyping individual prompts over and over again. Because I was starting to improve my coding skills at the time, I decided to build my own Sheets™ Addon to realize all my ideas and make my daily work as a growth marketer easier. 

Today, the name GPT Unleashed may no longer fit 100%, as GPT Unleashed also supports hundreds of other large language models like Anthropic’s Claude (via API connection) since September 2024. 

Why did I decide to offer the tool for free? Quite simple: I want as many people as possible to be able to use the power of AI without having to pay a lot for it. I also want to focus on building an AI community at some point. That's why you can continue to use GPT Unleashed completely free of charge after a few test uses (no registration required) if you subscribe to my newsletter.
