The most awesome programs I've used. It's excellent for both business or personal use, either way I believe you will be satisfied. The integration with Google makes linking events, tasks and screen links very easy.

Great, lightweight app to coordinate team projects and keep us on track. My business has lots of workflows between coworkers that are interdependent. GQueues ensures that small subtasks aren't missed when we get busy, and that everyone knows the status of each project/workflow. It also helps us with future planning and spotting bottlenecks in workflows. Highly recommend!

I am using the GQueues for 2 years and I am happy how it helps manage my backlog. The features I us the most are: multiple queues (each queue is on step of my workflow), shortcuts for fast ordering and adding all kinds of information and subtasks to items so that I do not have to look for the relevant info later. I think GQueues has good balance between number of features and not being to "heavy" for backlog maintenance.

I've been using GQueues for about 8 months tracking my projects at 4 hotels. I love that I can put all relevant info in one task area. I use notes area for vendor contact info or if I am collecting proposals from multiple vendors I give each of them their own sub-task under the main task. Also love dragging attachments from outlook emails directly into GQueues tasks. I dont think that is possible to drag an attachment from Gmail, which is weird. I share some projects with other team members but also keep a list of projects I dont share. I print my lists in order to update my clients on the progress of the projects.

I am operations manager for a remote company with a team of 9. We utilize GQueues as our CRM tool. All our employees wanted a platform that synced to our phones, tablets and calendars that was quick and easy to assign tasks and look at our daily To Do list! GQueues has played an instrumental part of connecting our remote employees into a team workflow that runs smoothly! We love the platform and the creative and cutting edge tools that make it effective day to day. A fantastically well considered task manager in so many ways. I've used it for over a decade and even though I've tested lots of others (I'm a small business productivity consultant), I still maintain that GQs is best in class. Features like the quick add box are brilliant. And the keyboard shortcuts are intuitive and plentiful.

Over the last 2 years I have found the Gqueues task and productivity app to be greatly above par in relation to other comparable apps. Prior to finding Gqueues, I searched high and low for a productivity tool that I would continuously use for its user friendly platform, ease and simplicity. Enough said. I am very very happy with Gqueues and have no need or desire to get back on the hamster wheel of finding the best tool for task management.

Love GQueues! It has been super helpful in keeping me and my team on task. I love that you can set up different team tasks and work together collaboratively. We have lots of tasks that repeat either daily, weekly, or monthly. So being able to set up recurring tasks & get email or pop-up reminders is super helpful!

GQueues is singularly responsible for my ability to manage my home and professional workloads with ease. The seamless integration with gmail gives me the confidence to archive emails as soon as I've read them, knowing that if follow-up action is necessary, the task that I've created from that email will be available when I need it. The calendar integration is great for managing everything from recurring housework / chores to helping manage complex, multi-step custom software implementations. My family has adopted GQueues as our one-stop task management solution—teaching the kids how to manage their chores & homework loads with simple GTD techniques and the intuitive interface that GQueues offers has been a blast. The annual fee that GQueues charges is very reasonable. I personally think that the $/value ratio is almost impossible to beat even when compared to other very mature task management tools. The browser plugin has changed the way I "remember" interesting articles, and allows me to easily systematize my internet / media consumption behaviors. Stumble across an interesting YouTube video or article when I should be finishing a presentation for a client? No problem, just save the link for later—either a quick task in my inbox or assign to a "watch later" queue—and move on with life. No more angst around how / when I'll remember to continue watching / reading. Please keep up the incredible work, GQueues team. You are very much appreciated!

I have been using GQueues for about 2 years and find it very easy to use. I love it to brain dump and then ease my mind (and can go back to sleep!)! I have changed the way I use it a couple of times (from David Allen's "Getting Things Done" to the Eisenhower matrix) as I find what works best for me, but it is flexible enough to allow these changes and still keep all of my important details. I absolutely LOVE that it integrates with my Android phone, as well as Gmail, Chrome, and my Gmail calendar. THANK YOU!!
