Reconcile a client's GSTR-2B with their purchase register in Google Sheets. No macros, no VBA, no Windows: it runs in the browser on any computer.

How it works
1. Download the GSTR-2B Excel from the GST portal and import it into a Google Sheet.
2. Import the purchase register from Tally, Busy, Zoho or your own format.
3. Open Extensions > GSTR-2B Reconciler > Reconcile GSTR-2B, pick the tabs, check the column mapping and click Reconcile.

The sidebar shows the result at a glance: GSTR-2B against the books, ITC you can claim now and ITC on hold. The full result is written into new tabs of the same spreadsheet:
- Summary: counts and head-wise totals (IGST, CGST, SGST/UTGST, cess), ITC as per 2B and as per books, claimable ITC, and ITC by supplier GSTIN
- Matched: pairs matched exactly or within tolerance, with a note on any difference
- Mismatched: the same document with a different value, date, tax, tax head or GSTIN, with the reason
- Missing in 2B: in the books but not in 2B, so the ITC is on hold
- Missing in books: in 2B but not recorded yet
- Follow-ups: one row per supplier with the invoices to chase and a message ready to paste into email or WhatsApp
- Recon history: one row per run

Matching
- Exact match on supplier GSTIN, invoice number, invoice date and taxable value
- Fuzzy matching that macros miss: INV/0045/26-27 = inv-45-26-27, SB00123 = sb 123, dates within 3 days, amounts within ₹1 (both tolerances adjustable)
- Flags tax under the wrong head (IGST vs CGST + SGST), rate differences, GSTIN typos (checksum verified) and duplicate entries in the books
- Handles B2B, B2BA, B2B-CDNR and B2B-CDNRA, and respects 2B's ITC availability and reason columns
- Reads the portal's multi-row headers; the column mapping is remembered per client spreadsheet, so next month's run is one click

Privacy
Your data stays in your spreadsheet. The add-on can read and write only the spreadsheet it is opened in, not any other file in your Drive. The only outside call is a licence-key check with Dodo Payments for Pro users, and it carries no spreadsheet data.
