I was part of the team that tested Happeo before implementing it. I got the opportunity to use it a few months before we released it to the rest of the employees. I must say at first, I thought it's far simpler than our previous platforms. Simplicity is one of the main factors we are considering for our new platform.
We get the chance to experiment on Pages and Channels and their capability. We get the chance to speak to the Happeo team face-to-face (that was before the pandemic) and asked them about best practices.
April 2020, we've implemented Happeo to our company with about 16,000 employees. I must admit, with proper Change Management plans, and playing your cards right, Happeo can do wonders with teams communication as well as internal corporate communications.
It's been 8 months now since we are live with Happeo, and we've seen dramatic adoption rate and increase in user engagement. Although Happeo is not highly flexible, I guess it's more than enough to deliver what it has promised.
Overall, we love the environment that Happeo created for our collaboration and communication. Not to mention the excellent customer service and support... and of course the mobile capability, so I won't miss anything even when I am on the go.
