This gadget provides integration between SugarCRM and Google Apps. It allows users to save emails from Google Apps to SugarCRM, create cases, leads, contacts and companies, as well as any custom records. It has full support for dynamic layouts generated from the studio and will reflect custom fields as well as standard fields in the record creation forms. As of version 2.0, the connector supports synchronising contacts, leads, meetings and tasks between Google Apps and SugarCRM.

This connector provides a contextual widget within Google Apps that allows users to archive emails, create records and see customer information from within GMail. 

The record creation forms are entirely dynamic and driven from a customisation studio within the application, allowing for an integration that is specifically optimised for your business. In addition, the gadget provides full support for custom modules and relationships within SugarCRM.

In addition, users can synchronise leads, contact, meetings and tasks in real time, and intelligently capture meeting notes, contacts and tasks back into SugarCRM via an import wizard at the end of each day or week.
