InterMIND is a space for everyday communication in the language you think in: meetings, chat and recaps, confidential and free for participants. This add-on puts InterMIND into the Gmail™ and Google Calendar™ side panel, and brings the same two actions as steps into Google Workspace Studio™, so you — or a flow — can create meetings and read what was decided without leaving Google Workspace™.

In the side panel

Open InterMIND in the right-hand panel of Gmail™ or Google Calendar™. “Create meeting” makes a meeting link you own (optional title) and shows it with an Open button. “Show latest recaps” lists your three newest finalized recaps: title, date and a link to each.

Steps for Google Workspace Studio™

• Create an InterMIND meeting — creates a meeting link you own (optional title; use a variable from an earlier step) and returns the link and the meeting id. Put the link in a calendar invite, a deal or a ticket: anyone who opens it knocks and you admit them.

• Get latest InterMIND recaps — reads the newest finalized recaps of your account (1–10, default 3) and returns the count and one line per recap: title, date and link. Use it to post a summary to a chat, fill a document or send a mail after a meeting.

Connecting

Open the side panel (or either step in the flow editor) and paste an API key from InterMIND → Settings → API keys (it starts with imk_). The key is stored in your own Apps Script user properties, is used only for calls to intermind.com, and can be revoked at any time in InterMIND settings. The add-on requests no access to your Google data: it asks only to run as a Gmail™ and Google Calendar™ add-on and to connect to intermind.com. “Disconnect” in the side panel removes the key.

What it does not do

The side panel and the steps do not read your mail or your calendar, do not join meetings, read transcripts or translate on request. They see only meetings you host and recaps of meetings you hosted.
