Extension is not currently loading for myself or colleagues. Is the service down? "Hmmm ... looks like it is taking a while to load. Please try closing the sidebar and re-opening. If the problem persists, contact Atlassian support."

Currently broken, preventing my team from generating our recurring C-suite reporting. Zero ability to create tickets or escalate. Zero acknowledgement from Atlassian that this product is impacted by a potentially larger issue. Of course it breaks the day before our sprint review. Does this software have any priority at Atlassian?
