In general, the addon is very useful. In addition to just link and ticket name I'd like to see extended info - assignee, status and so on

Seeing the ticket name is fantastic, seeing the status when hovering over is quite useful, but showing the status, assignee and other configurable metadata would be amazing.

Recent change now creates generic 'Atlassian' rather than jira issue title - in the case of jira links. Has become useless overnight. Ah, requires a change in permissions. Not obvious. 1 more star. Very frustrating to copy a Jira URL from a google doc. Hovering over the Jira issue generates a dialog with a copy icon in the top right. This is moved to the left to make way for an 'information' button that appears shortly after. The user is moving their mouse to the copy button and typically clicking to copy but at the same time the copy button is moved sideways to make room for the information button. Stop moving buttons if you want users to click them on. Damn frustrating to wait until the dialog has settled.

I don't like the fact that I cannot immediately see the status of the ticket in the first view. I have click the ticket to check the status. I care about digging deep into the ticket when it's not closed/done/resolved. I use this add-on to clean up my inbox.

This would be super helpful if we could integrate our confluence database so that we could have suggested articles from the email context. Is this feature coming? 5 stars if we were to get that feature. For now, 4. Still a great tool.
