Jitbit Helpdesk is a ticketing system for customer support teams. It imports messages from your email (or live chat, or other support channels) as "tickets" in a central help desk database. The app comes with a knowledge base/faq module, file attachments, taggin and categorizing, AI-suggestion module, multi-agent assignment, a powerful automation/workflow module ("if this do that"). And many other features, including Android and iOS apps. Jitbit integrates with Google Drive, allowoing you to attach your team's Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Slides, synced files etc. - to your tickets with literally one click. It also uses Google Maps for "location" fields, and other handy stuff. This is the SaaS version of the app, but our "self-hoisted" version also integrates with Google services perfectly.
