**Jive Data** brings SEC and market data into Google Sheets™ with one formula: **`=jivedata(symbol, type)`**. No copy-paste, no manual downloads—refresh insider activity, filings, institutional ownership, and 10-K financials directly in your spreadsheets.

### Data you can pull in

### How to use

- For **insider**, **filings**, **ownership**, and **financials**, the first argument is a **stock ticker** (e.g. GME, AAPL, NVDA).
- For **13F**, the first argument is the **filer** (e.g. berkshire-hathaway). Find filers at [jivedata.com](https://jivedata.com).

Each formula returns a table (headers + rows) that spills into the sheet. Use **Jive Data → Help** on the menu bar once to authorize; then use the formula in any cell.

### Types at a glance

**Types:** `insider`, `filings`, `ownership`, `13F`, `financials`

- **insider** — Parsed Form 3/4/5 transactions (purchases, sales, options, grants).
- **filings** — SEC filings for the company (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.).
- **ownership** — 13F/13D/13G holders that report positions in the stock.
- **13F** — Full 13F holdings for a fund/filer (use slug from jivedata.com).
- **financials** — 10-K income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow (SEC XBRL).
