I like it so far as it has a lot of features, and views that incorporate today's technology. The one thing that I wanted to find out is that when assigning cards to individuals the goal is to ONLY have them be able to update and edit their cards. Do they still have access and permissions to edit cards that they are NOT assigned to? I want to make sure that the Users don't accidentally move/delete a card that they're not assigned to.

Looks like it would be awesome, but it shouldn't be included in the list of "free" apps when it's only a 7-day free trial. Uninstalling.

Have been using Kanbachi for a few years now! Love the integration with Google drive, has made my life so much easier and saved up quite a lot of time. I would recommend it especially if you are working in a small or medium company. Great too to keep you organized !

I am loving my experience with Kanbanchi. We are a small team of 3, all in different locations. Having the different boards to manage the various aspects of business is great, but what is even better is that I can attach documents from our Google Drive to the cards so my team doesn't have to waste time looking for them is gold! I love being able to assign the cards, and what I love even better is being able to color code the cards so they are easily visible who is working on each item. I used to forget who I assigned tasks to, but no more! The integration with Google suite is easy and seamless. This is an essential tool in my daily workflow to manage myself and my team. In any moment I can see the status of any project without having to wait for a response from the team.

We use Kanbanchi at SoundEd Education Therapy to track all HR documents when onboarding therapists as well as Project Management. We are a 100% Google platform which makes attaching files, real-time updates, and team collaboration a seamless process. I am able to sort and filter using a wide range of card a board elements. Customer Service is fantastic, I have 1 POC that I work with. I get a response within 24 hours of submitting a technical ticket and the issue is resolved within 24 hours from that contact. I'm excited to see what updates and changes will be added as technology improves.

No undelete function? No undo function? These people are evil. Well, maybe not evil as there is a way to undelete. However that ability is not defaulted on when creating a new board. So right after creating a new board you need to select "Archive cards upon deletion." It is one of the last options under Board Setting->Board Details.

I picked Kanbanchi since it integrated with Google Workspace, and I am still finding new utilities to its features. It took some time to figure out if this was our best option, but he staff at Kanbanchi worked with and answered all the questions we had, along with listening to our concerns. Yes, it cost money as you will see from other reviews, but the amount of money is reasonable for the software, as long as you understand its utility. Its complex, yet intuitive if you are not too familiar with other project management systems. But you need to take the time to set it up correctly to see what it can do. We are still in the process of building it out, but so far we are happy with what Kanbanchi can do and looking forward to upgrades as they listen to clients thoughts to make it better.

We have enjoyed the application! It has been a great tool for us to use to improve our ability to work collaboratively across geographic locations and manage a multitude of projects. The Kanban-chi team has been very supportive in answering questions, providing training, and support solutions. We enjoy this app and everything it has to offer. We have improved our oversight on project management and have reached more on-time completions

I would highly recommend it, If you are working in a small/medium company and you are looking to arrange tasks between departments. Will keep you organized and user friendly especially with google workplace.
