Kaptr.me turns any part of a web page into a live snapshot: a dashboard, a chart, a price list, a report. The Kaptr.me add-on brings those snapshots into Google Slides and Google Docs, and lets you update them manually.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Insert a snapshot: open the Kaptr.me panel, pick a Kapboard, click Insert. In Slides the image lands on the current slide, fitted and centered; in Docs it lands at the cursor, as wide as the text.
• Insert a whole Kapboard: one new slide per snapshot (its title and its image) in Slides, or a title and an image per snapshot in Docs.
• Refresh all: once your snapshots are refreshed in Kaptr.me, one click replaces every Kaptr.me image of the file with its latest version, in the same place, preserving the image box in Slides and the width in Docs. Large files continue in batches with a Continue button (up to 30 snapshots per Kapboard in Slides and 50 in Docs).
• Link previews: paste a kaptr.me snapshot or Kapboard link in Google Docs, Sheets or Slides to see its title, its image and when it was last updated.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Capture snapshots with the free Kaptr.me Chrome extension and organize them in Kapboards on kaptr.me.
2. Install this add-on and link your Google account to your Kaptr.me account: kaptr.me opens in a window, one click and you are done.
3. Insert your snapshots, refresh them before every meeting, share your files as usual.

PLANS
Inserting snapshots and link previews are included with every Kaptr.me account, including the free plan (images inserted from Free and Starter accounts carry a small Kaptr.me mark). "Refresh all" is included with the Business plan. Plans: https://kaptr.me/plans/

PRIVACY
The add-on acts only in the file you have open (Google's "current file only" permissions). Kaptr.me receives a Google-signed identity token to recognize your account; it never receives a Google access token or the content of your files, and never stores the Google identity token.
