Plan in a spreadsheet, see it in your calendar. Kayabyte Calendar Sync & Timesheets connects Google Sheets™ and Google Calendar™ in both directions. Rows to events • Add Title, Start and End columns (Location, Guests, Description, Calendar, Colour and Status are optional) and click Sync to Calendar. • Each row becomes an event. Edit a row and sync again to update the same event. Set Status to "cancel" to delete it. • Works with dates, date and time, separate date and time columns, night shifts that end the next day, and your spreadsheet's time zone. • One event per row, never duplicates. The add-on only ever changes events it created from the same spreadsheet. Two-way sync (Pro) • Changes made in Google Calendar™ flow back into the row. Choose whether the sheet or the calendar wins a conflict. • Hourly automatic sync, run by one owner per spreadsheet. Automatic runs never email guests. Import • Pull events from a calendar into a new sheet for a date range, with an optional keyword filter. Refresh without duplicates. Timesheets (Pro) • Group calendar time by project or client with keyword, guest-domain or calendar rules, by week or month, with totals. Plans • Free: sync or import up to 100 rows or events per run, one calendar per import. • Pro: unlimited changes, two-way and automatic sync, import from several calendars, timesheets. $5 per user per month or $48 per user per year, with a 14-day free trial; $480 per year for a whole Google Workspace™ domain. Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies. Privacy Your events are processed inside Google Apps Script™ in your own account. Event data is never sent to Kayabyte. The only thing our licence service sees is your email address and its domain, to check your plan.
