Stop jumping between tabs, apps and windows to get things done. Korgi productivity and collaboration boards let you manage projects, tasks, and creative content from a single, AI-integrated board, using your own Google Workspace™ apps and drives. Save hours every week and have fun doing it.

HOW TO USE THE ADD-ON
Once you've installed the Korgi Add-on, open Gmail™, Google Docs™, Google Sheets™, Google Slides™, Google Calendar™, or Google Drive™, and you'll see the Korgi icon in the Google side panel. Open any item, then select the Korgi icon to send the item to one of your boards. (If you don't yet have a Korgi account, you'll be sent to korgiboard.com first to create one. The Add-on requires a Korgi Plus plan or higher.) NOTE: In your boards, you also can use the Korgi Console Dash to search for, view, and connect any Gmail, Calendar event, file, or Contact. 

ABOUT KORGI
Right now, you’re used to opening a task app to create a to-do list, then opening a lot of other apps and windows to actually get those tasks done. Korgi integrates Google Workspace and Microsoft 365™ apps into our project management boards, so you can list to-dos, create and connect files you need to complete them, chat, schedule events, add contacts, notes, and bookmarks, and truly manage your projects, writing, and tasks from a single board. Video conferencing (Zoom™, Google Meet™) and an AI assistant (built with Google Gemini™) are integrated into every board. And Korgi saves everything to your own Google Drive. You also can:

• enter a chat prompt to create a project planning board in less than 60 seconds (welcome to “vibe productivity”!)
• share boards with real-time collaborators
• export boards into formatted Docs, Sheets, or Slides in a single click (for instant reports, beat sheets, presentation decks, etc.)
• get a head start with advanced, pre-built board templates, from production management to event planning to applying to college
• get personalized assistance with the Korgi AI assistant, Office Hours, and Korgi Connect community offerings

ABOUT KORGI FOR GOOGLE WORKSPACE MARKETPLACE ADD-ON
The Add-on lets you easily send Google Workspace items to your Korgi boards from most Google™ apps. When you’re viewing Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, or Slides, open the Korgi side panel to:

• create a card from the current email, event, or file and send it to any board
• add a link from the current item to an existing card on a board
• send Gmail attachments directly to your board’s Drive folder and link the files to a card
• brainstorm a new card and send it to a board

It even works on mobile with your Gmail account - now, you can turn emails into events from your phone. Currently, you can send a single Google Drive file at a time to a board. (Add-ons do not yet work with Google Forms™.)

Pro tip: Be sure to install the Korgi Clipper Chrome Extension, too, to send website information and research directly to Korgi. It makes research, list-building, deadline-setting, and note-taking easy!
