Lead Scoring & Routing turns an existing Google Forms™ enquiry workflow into a lightweight inbound sales router. Configure deterministic scores and ownership rules inside the Form, then keep every assignment and notification status in its linked Google Sheets™ response file.

WHAT IT DOES
• Assign positive or negative points to multiple-choice, checkbox, dropdown, scale and numeric answers.
• Classify each response as high, medium, low or disqualified.
• Assign leads to a fixed owner, round robin, or an exact answer-based route.
• Notify the assigned owner through Google Workspace™ mail.
• Append a duplicate-safe assignment log to the linked Google Sheets™ response file.
• Preview the latest response without sending an email or changing the routing log.
• Pause routing and remove the add-on's submission trigger at any time.

HOW IT WORKS
• Open the add-on from Extensions inside the Google Forms™ editor and configure points, priority tiers, lead fields, owners and a routing method.
• Preview the latest response without sending an email or changing the audit log, then choose Save & activate.
• New responses are scored and assigned automatically. The owner receives an email and the linked Google Sheets™ response file records the assignment and delivery status.
• Return to the Form sidebar to review recent activity or pause routing at any time.

PRIVACY
• Configuration is stored in the current Google Forms™ file using Apps Script document properties.
• Scores, assignments and delivery status are stored in the Form's linked Google Sheets™ response file.
• Owner notifications are sent by Google Workspace™ Apps Script on behalf of the user who activates routing.
• Form answers, lead data and routing history are not sent to or retained on Tidy Work Labs servers.
• The product requires no separate dashboard, external account or hosted operating application.

LIMITS
• The Form must be linked to a Google Sheets™ response file before routing can be activated.
• Email delivery is subject to the activating user's Apps Script mail quota.
• The first release does not include CRM integrations, AI scoring, enrichment, SMS or a standalone dashboard.
• Editor add-ons are configured from desktop Google Forms™ rather than the mobile editor apps.
